The high cost of prescription drugs is making it near impossible for Pennsylvanians to get the medicines they need to stay healthy.  Instead, many are skipping doses of medications, cutting pills in half, or unable to fill prescriptions. Lawmakers in Harrisburg have the power to stop this, but they aren't.
